Types/Cost of Advertisement:

General Banner Advertisement: $5 CPM  ( $5/1000 Views : $.005/view)
General means your banner can appear on any page except the five main sponsorship pages. All general banner ads will be placed in a file. Every time a page is loaded a banner will be randomly selected from this file. Minimum order: 20,000 banner views.

Sponsorship Banner Advertisement: Call for price and availability.
Home Page: 

Sidebar Banner: $.50 per click-through
Left Side : Call for availability.
