One of the nation's top juniors, Solomon Chishko (Canon-McMillan, Pa.), gave a verbal commitment to Virginia Tech on Tuesday. He projects as a 149/157-pounder in college.

"I've always liked the school and the setting," said Chishko. "I think it is a good fit for me."

Chishko is a POWERade champion and two-time state third-place finisher. He is ranked No. 5 overall in the Class of 2014.
