Troubleshooting Error:
Browser not accepting Cookies!
The Webstore and Premium Service require that your browser be enabled
to accept cookies to access their web pages. Accepting Cookies from InterMat does not
place any files on your computer. It does create a session variable in your browser that
allows you to view Premium Service pages without logging in on each page and helps track
your Webstore order through the entire ordering process.
Internet Explorer Users:
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, select "Tools" then
"Internet Options" from your top toolbar. In your Internet Options
window, select the "Security" Tab near the top of the page. Your
security options for the Internet need to be set at "Medium" or you
can customize your options by selecting "Custom Level" then select the
"Enable" for 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.
Netscape Users:
To enable cookies in Netscape, select "Edit" then
"Preferences" from your top tool bar. In the Preferences window, click
on the word "Advanced". Select your desired option:
1. Accept all Cookies.
2. Accept only those cookies that get sent back to the original server.
