PROBLEM: When I submit my username and password I get an
error that indicates 'password does not match what is
stored in windows'?
Solution: Internet Explorer has an AutoComplete Feature built into
your browser that is saving an old or incorrect password. To

PROBLEM: When subscribing I get an error message on my
computer "JavaScript Error" and I cannot
subscribe?
Solution: Internet Explorer or
Netscape users need a 4.0 browser version or higher to subscribe/order/submit
information and effectively use our site. Please upgrade. If you have a
4.0 browser and are still receiving errors, you may need to upgrade to a newer
version to update your errors with your browser version. The forms have been
tested with 4.0 browsers and worked correctly. If you still cannot submit
the order, please copy or enter the specific error to the General Support
Request Form.
PROBLEM: I receive an error page: No Cookies
when trying to get into Premium Service.
Solution: We are using a technology that utilizes "cookies".
Check to make sure your browser is not setup to refuse cookies. More
info.
PROBLEM: I type in my password and username but the system rejects entry into
the service. (Or I continue to get the "Log-in
Failed, Please Retry" page.)
Solution: Please double check that you are typing the username and
password in correctly. The System is case- sensitive and every letter has to be type in
the same case as you provided InterMat. Also, make sure payment has been received by
InterMat. InterMat only activates accounts after payment has been received.
