Head Wrestling Coach
Washington & Jefferson College, a private NCAA Division III institution, located in Washington, Pennsylvania and member of the Presidents Athletic Conference seeks a motivated and qualified individual for the position of Head Wrestling Coach. Responsibilities of this position include the ability to run all phases of a collegiate Wrestling program including recruitment of qualified student athletes, budget management, and on mat coaching. Strong written and communication skills are required and a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop student athletes at the collegiate/scholastic level. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, and previous collegiate wrestling and/or coaching experience.
This is a full time, 12 month, coaching position with benefits. Additional responsibilities will include a secondary administrative duty, as well as supervision of an assistant coach.
