Position Title: Men’s/Women’s Wrestling (GA)
Location: Lindenwood University-Belleville, Belleville, IL

Duties & Responsibilities: The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for helping with all wrestling activities. He/she will be responsible for helping with RECRUITMENT associated with the team and will ensure that all team athletes are certified to participate according to all institutional guidelines. The Graduate Assistant will also help planning and organizing all team activities, such as practices, team workouts, and any other event(s) that he/she deems necessary.
The Graduate Assistant will help with, fundraising, inventory, and scheduling activities; this includes, but is not limited to, contacting other universities to plan team schedules and coordinating travel arrangements with LU–Belleville and opposing schools. The position will include work on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Includes Tuition, Stipend, and 1 meal a day.
Position Requirements: The Graduate Assistant must have competed at the college level for four years, have a strong wrestling background, good organizational and management skill, and must be able to RECRUIT. Also, candidates must have Freestyle and Folkstyle knowledge in wrestling.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university and a 3.0 GPA
