2000 InterMat's Top Recruiting Classes Released June 14, 2000 Many teams had quality classes this season but overall it appears a sub-par year for recruiting. Many of the top teams never recruited real strong this season hoping that they can cash in on the outstanding class of recruits coming out next season. There is still a few top recruits that haven't signed and a few transfer possibilities that could have an impact on the final rankings. Given all the factors and criteria which is listed below, InterMat's 2000 Top Recruiting Class goes to Northern Iowa. The first set of numbers behind schools represents the rankings of the individuals that the school signed. (SM - Special Mention, HM - Honorable Mention, ET - Elite Transfer, TT - Top Transfer).
